By accessing DrayLocator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DrayLocator is an online directory of drayage carriers. We display publicly available FMCSA data alongside user-submitted carrier profiles. We do not broker freight, guarantee carrier performance, or act as a transportation intermediary.

3. Accuracy of Data

FMCSA SAFER data is refreshed daily from public sources. DrayLocator makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any carrier information. Always verify carrier authority and insurance independently before booking.

4. User Submissions

Carriers who submit or claim profiles represent that all submitted information is accurate. DrayLocator reserves the right to remove listings that contain false information or violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape, harvest or systematically download directory data. You may not use the directory to spam carriers or collect contact data for bulk marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

DrayLocator is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on directory data, failed shipments, carrier disputes or any other outcome of using information found on this site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
