1. Acceptance

By accessing DrayLocator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DrayLocator is an online directory of drayage carriers. We display publicly available FMCSA data alongside user-submitted carrier profiles. We do not broker freight, guarantee carrier performance, or act as a transportation intermediary.

3. Accuracy of Data

FMCSA SAFER data is refreshed daily from public sources. DrayLocator makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any carrier information. Always verify carrier authority and insurance independently before booking.

4. User Submissions

Carriers who submit or claim profiles represent that all submitted information is accurate. DrayLocator reserves the right to remove listings that contain false information or violate these terms.

5. Provider Accounts

A provider account may be used only by an authorized representative of the carrier. DrayLocator may request business-email verification and supporting company documents, approve or reject claims, suspend accounts, and review profile changes for accuracy. Account credentials may not be shared with unauthorized persons.

6. Subscriptions and Trial

Paid provider access is offered as an automatically renewing subscription at the price and billing interval displayed during checkout. Eligible accounts receive the displayed trial period before the first charge. Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the terms displayed there.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape, harvest or systematically download directory data. You may not use the directory to spam carriers or collect contact data for bulk marketing purposes, submit fraudulent inquiries, impersonate a carrier, or upload malicious files.

8. Limitation of Liability

DrayLocator is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on directory data, failed shipments, carrier disputes or any other outcome of using information found on this site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
