1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, inquiry content, visitor account details and provider account details), password hashes and email-verification status, company-verification documents submitted by provider representatives, information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited via cookies and analytics), and public carrier data from FMCSA SAFER and UIIA membership rolls.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the directory, authenticate users, control access to carrier contact details, verify provider authority, manage provider accounts and subscriptions, respond to inquiries, connect buyers with carriers, prevent abuse, analyze usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Matomo) to understand how the directory is used. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Data Sharing

Carrier phone numbers, websites and street addresses are available only to signed-in users with a confirmed email address. Verified buyer inquiry data is made available only to the carrier the inquiry addresses. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing information under its own privacy terms; DrayLocator does not store full card numbers. Verification documents are available only to authorized administrators.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Visitor and provider account records are retained while an account is active and as required for legitimate business, security and legal purposes. Verification documents are removed when they are no longer required for review or audit. You may request deletion by emailing admin@draylocator.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data. Contact admin@draylocator.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
