Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, inquiry content, visitor account details and provider account details), password hashes and email-verification status, company-verification documents submitted by provider representatives, information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited via cookies and analytics), and public carrier data from FMCSA SAFER and UIIA membership rolls.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the directory, authenticate users, control access to carrier contact details, verify provider authority, manage provider accounts and subscriptions, respond to inquiries, connect buyers with carriers, prevent abuse, analyze usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies and Consent

We use essential cookies for site functionality and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising technologies. For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising consent is collected through a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You can review or withdraw your choice through the privacy controls shown on the site.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on eligible public pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device information, IP addresses and browsing activity to select, deliver, measure and report ads in accordance with your consent choices and applicable law. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. More information is available in Google’s advertising and privacy documentation.

5. Data Sharing

Carrier phone numbers, websites and street addresses are available only to signed-in users with a confirmed email address. Verified buyer inquiry data is made available only to the carrier the inquiry addresses. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing information under its own privacy terms; DrayLocator does not store full card numbers. Google and approved advertising partners process advertising data under their own privacy terms and the consent choices presented to you. Verification documents are available only to authorized administrators.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Advertising providers determine retention periods for data they process under their published policies. Visitor and provider account records are retained while an account is active and as required for legitimate business, security and legal purposes. Verification documents are removed when they are no longer required for review or audit. You may request deletion by emailing admin@draylocator.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact admin@draylocator.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
