We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company when submitting an inquiry or listing), information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited via cookies and analytics), and public carrier data from FMCSA SAFER and UIIA membership rolls.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the directory, respond to inquiries, connect buyers with carriers, analyze usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Matomo) to understand how the directory is used. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Data Sharing

We share carrier contact information (name, phone, email) as part of the directory listing -- this is the core function of the service. We do not share buyer inquiry data with third parties beyond the carrier the inquiry is addressed to.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You may request deletion of personal data submitted through contact forms by emailing admin@draylocator.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data. Contact admin@draylocator.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
